This policy explains how Shenzhen Qianlv Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) handles data in the course of operating our own Amazon seller account and the internal systems we use to run it. We are an own-brand cross-border e-commerce company. We do not provide data services to third parties and we do not process data on behalf of any other company.
1. Who we are
We are a company registered in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, founded in June 2021. We sell our own brand on Amazon marketplaces in the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom and Germany. We are the seller of record for every order discussed in this policy.
2. What data we collect
We collect only data relating to our own commercial operations:
- Order data — order identifier, order date, items and quantities, order value, fulfilment status, and the buyer's country and state/region. We do not use full delivery addresses beyond what Amazon requires for fulfilment.
- Inventory and catalogue data — SKUs, ASINs, sellable and inbound quantities, warehouse status, product titles and images.
- Advertising data — campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bids, budgets, impressions, clicks, spend, attributed sales and customer search terms.
- Financial data — settlement amounts, referral fees, fulfilment fees and refund records.
We do not knowingly collect payment card details, government identity documents, health information or any other sensitive personal data.
3. Why we collect it
- To fulfil orders and handle after-sales service, including returns and customer enquiries.
- To plan restocking and inventory in our warehouses.
- To measure advertising performance and adjust keywords and budgets.
- To calculate cost and profit and to meet our accounting and tax obligations.
4. Where data is stored
Data obtained through Amazon's official interfaces (the Selling Partner API and the Amazon Ads API) is stored on company-owned workstations and internal servers. Access is limited to authorised staff of this company. These systems are not exposed on the public internet and do not offer external registration or sign-in. Access credentials (API keys and refresh tokens) are kept on local devices only and are never committed to code repositories or sent by email or messaging apps.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or share the data described above. Data is processed by the following parties only where necessary:

Commercial records are retained as long as needed for operations, with historical sales and advertising data kept for year-on-year analysis. Access to systems requires authorisation, credentials are rotated when staff leave or devices are replaced, and access is revoked at that point.

If you are a customer and would like to access, correct or delete information relating to your order, please contact us using the details below. We will verify the order and handle the request, working with Amazon where the marketplace process requires it.
